Good morning,
It'a a gray, dreary day here, but Mom and I are going bumming for a while, so that should be fun. I will start my new job tomorrow. I'm excited to get out of the house and do something. I'm glad, though, that it's just a few mornings a week so I still have time to practice and get stuff done.
Here are my two knitting projects I have going right now. I named the scarf my "DaPonte" scarf, since I started it right after getting the bad news, and it's been helpful to knit my anger away! The blue blanket is for my friend Yasmin's new baby boy who will be arriving at the New Year. I like to make little blankets that can cover the baby in the car seat, or that they can hold in a stroller without it draping all over the place.

Aah, knitting...the hardest thing in the world to do. You look like you've got the hang of it though, you are in my opinion, a genius.
Cool beans on the part time job. I wish I could find something that I could walk to. Having one car makes that a difficult situation...Let us know how it goes your first day!
